I handle plumbing of all kinds across Nakuru town and the areas around it, working under the name Deno Plumber. That covers both the supply side and the waste side, from the pipes bringing water into a building to the drains carrying it away, plus the taps, toilets, sinks and showers in between. I take on the small fault that's been irritating someone for weeks as readily as the bigger job that needs pipework opened up, in homes and in rental property. Most of my work sits inside Nakuru town and the estates around it, so I'm regularly in Milimani, Section 58, Lanet, Free Area, Kiamunyi and Naka, and I travel out to Bahati, Njoro and Rongai when a job calls for it. Working the same areas repeatedly helps me, because the older parts of town and the newer estates weren't piped the same way. What I expect to find behind a wall in one is rarely what I expect in the other, and that shapes how I approach a job before I've cut into anything.
Calling me means one person deals with the whole problem. You don't have to diagnose it first and decide which sort of plumber to ring, and you won't be handed off to someone else partway through. I trace a fault back to its source instead of working on the first thing that looks wrong, so less of your wall or floor gets opened up than you might be bracing for, and you're not paying someone to guess. When I repair something, I replace the part that failed rather than tightening it and moving on. A tightened joint buys a few months and then goes again, usually at an hour that suits nobody, and you end up paying twice for one fault. The aim is that you call me once about a pipe and don't need me back for it. Anything I close up behind plaster or under a floor gets that same treatment, because that's the work you have no way of inspecting once it's covered.
